AIR RESISTANCE ALLOWS FOR THE SMOOTH ON-THE-WATER FEEL WHILE MAGNETIC RESISTANCE ALLOWS YOU TO EASILY TRANSITION FROM CARDIO TO STRENGTH TRAINING

Frame: High strength steel and aluminum construction, double width reinforced rail and industrial grade seat wheel bearings for ultimate strength and stability.
Resistance: Wind and magnetic. 16 levels of resistance. Levels 1-10 are recommended for cardio, while 11-16 allow for strength training exercises.
